Synopsis | Roulette and Amos Fortune continue their game and Amos relates his origins to her. He also explains the purpose of the other 48 members of his gang in addition to the Royal Flush Gang -- 52 in all, just like a deck of cards. He then has his minions spring triple attacks across the nation that the Justice League responds to. |

Synopsis | Lex Luthor is selling his books at a farmer's market in Smallville to raise money for a science project. He shows Clark a green crystal that makes Clark faint. Suddenly a cyclone appears, scattering the marketplace. Clark regains his strength as Lex runs away with the green crystal. Clark then tries to save Lana from being swept up by the twister. |
