Synopsis | Menace tries to kill Spider-Man by blowing off the side of a building and Spidey snaps a few pictures as a stream of illegal workers come pouring out; Realizing that he has a juicy story, Peter takes the facts to Ben Urich at Front Line where Sally Floyd discovers that the building is owned by mayoral candidate Randall Crowne; Crowne turns to Norman Osborn for help in getting him out of this publicity jam and Norman calls his Thunderbolts to come to New York; Bennett sends Betty Brant to cover the mysterious healings at the FEAST homeless organization and Aunt May, one of Martin Li's volunteers, admonishes her for working for the tabloid that the DB has become; Cancer victim Eddie Brock is also at FEAST and tells Betty how Martin saved him from a life of despair; Li puts his hand on Eddie's shoulder during the conversation and strange things begin happening in Brock's body; Peter returns to his apartment to find Norman and the Thunderbolts waiting for him. |
