Synopsis Archie's older, lookalike cousin Andy comes to visit the Andrews. Andy's visit is two-fold however, as Riverdale has hidden bases for both P.O.P. and C.R.U.S.H., two rival spy organizations. Archie follows Andy into a storefront and finds out Andy's latest assignment is stopping Mad Doctor Doom, whom Archie has met and defeated before. Chester gets the mad Doctor the last ingredient needed for a zombie-like formula. Crammer and Cranston kidnap Pop Tate, thinking he's an agent of P.O.P. Betty and Veronica witness the kidnapping and follow the two hoods, falling into a cell in Mad Doctor Doom's hidden base. The girls and Pop will be the test subjects for the Mad Doctor's formula. Learning of the girls’ and Pop's disappearance, Archie goes into action.

Notes Many of the cameos appear on page 9 when Archie stumbles into the hidden base of P.O.P. On that page is a obscured picture of a male with an eye patch over his left eye, tenatively identified as Nick Fury. Page 12 shows a store named "Norman's Taxidermy", a reference to Alfred Hitchcock's movie "Psycho". Mad Doctor Doom and Chester first appeared in Adventures of Little Archie (Archie, 1957 series) #24.
