Synopsis | Following a meeting between both the Justice League America and Justice League Europe teams, Mitch Wacky and Kilowog use a dimensional time transporter in an attempt to save Mitch's world from nuclear devastation. A second team of Captain Atom, Fire, Blue Beetle, Guy Gardner, Ice, Power Girl, Flash and Silver Sorceress are selected to follow them and either try to save them or stop them. Part of the technology used in the transporter is Imskian-based, causing a slight shrinking problem to anyone that uses it. Along the way, both teams see the Justifiers and discover that the past can't be changed. Trying to get back their own time, the entire group accidently gets shunted to the original JLA's time. Using technology from the JLA's headquarters, they finally make it back home. |

Notes | The Justifiers are inspired by Marvel's Avengers. They first appeared in Justice League of America #87. They are Wandjina (Thor); Silver Sorceress (Scarlet Witch); Bluejay (Yellowjacket); Captain Speed (Quicksilver); other members first shown in this issue include Tin Man (Iron Man) and 3 other unnamed heroes: an archer (Hawkeye), a giant (Giant-Man/Goliath); and a woman in green with wings (possibly the Wasp). The Extremists are also inspired by some of Marvel's villains: Lord Havok (Dr. Doom); Dr. Diehard (Magneto); Gorgon (Dr. Octopus); Tracer (Sabretooth); Dreamslayer (Dormammu). Mitch Wacky is inspired by Walt Disney. The unnamed hero mentioned above looks like Wolverine with Mickey Mouse ears. |
