26 page Justice Society of America story "I Accuse (Chapter 1)"

Characters Justice Society of America [Superman [Kal-L; Clark Kent;]; Wonder Woman [Diana Prince Trevor]; Hawkman [Carter Hall]; Starman [Ted Knight]; Wildcat [Ted Grant]; Dr. Fate [Nabu; Kent Nelson]; Flash [Jay Garrick]; Green Lantern [Alan Scott]; Robin [Dick Grayson]; Sandman [Wesley Dodds]; Huntress [Helena wayne]; Power Girl; Dr. Mid-Nite [Charles McNider]; Johnny Thunder; Thunderbolt]]; Infinity Inc. [Star Spangled Kid; Fury [Lyta Trevor Hall]; Silver Scarab; Jade; Obsidian; Northwind; Nuklon; Brainwave Jr.] (cameos); Jimmy Olsen (cameo) (all Earth-2)
Synopsis The Earth-2 Superman (as Clark Kent) is given a diary and wire spool recordings (predecessor to tape recorders) by Prof. Nichols that came from Batman shortly before his death (Nichols having known Batman for many years because of their 'time travel' adventures). Nichols, carrying out Batman's last request asks that the diary be published by the Daily Star. As Clark reads both the diary and spool, he learns of astonishing accusations from his best friend that the JSA was actually a 'Fifth colony' planted in the U.S. by Hitler during World War 2 when the group first formed to stop Hitler's actions vs. England in November 1940. Clark then calls for an emergency JSA meeting to reveal this information. Story continues next Chapter..

Notes This part of the story covers information already explained in several Batman stories during the late 40's/early 50's in Batman and Detective comics, in which both Bruce and Dick (as Batman and Robin) travelled through time via Prof. Nichols' method, using hypnosis. This part also covers briefly the JSA's origin from DC Special (DC, 1975 series) #29, in a twisted way from Batman's diary.

22 page Justice Society of America story "Witness for the Persecution (Chapter 2)"

Characters same as Chapter One.
Synopsis The JSA is placed under arrest by the U.S. government (with the exception of Power Girl, Huntress, and Robin (Robin being too young when these actions occurred, and Huntress and Power Girl not born yet)) and are placed under a special congressional hearing to see if what was written in Batman's diary rings true of treason by the JSA. Huntress (as Helena Wayne), decides to defend them, while Robin (as Dick Grayson) becomes a surprise member for the prosecution. To be continued...
