Synopsis | After a night's rest at Jeri's house, she and Ron find themselves imprisioned by Big Al, the Post Bros. landlord for destroying their indestrible home. Unable to even shift out, the two begin to try and co-habitiate. Russ takes Sneaky-Feet Brian to the Chronovore and has him use his telekinetic abilites to bring them the broken egg shell. Taking the shell to Banglethwaite Sr (and killing Jr in the process) Russ tells him to make a container with the same properties as the shell. A day later, Russ (after shifting through a level of giants and retaining the giant form) picks up the container and feeds Banglethwaite to the Chronovore and causes it to chase him around Bugtown (convieneintly across the ruins of the Post Bros. home, regenerating it) until shifting them both to another dimension where the Chronovore is small enough to be captured by the container Russ has. Later, Big Al resinds the trap that contained Jeri and Ron, telling them that the destroyed house is now rebuilt. Franklin, scanning his tapes, gives a one-page summary of what has gone on during this story. |
