Notes | The titlepage lists the cover artist Ballestar’s first name as Ed but Hewetson confirmed that he made up that name because he was so tired of Spanish artists without surnames. None of those stories saw print. ‘The Little Horror-Mood Shop Of Horrors’—a 5-page catalog of novelty items similar to Warren’s Captain Company—appeared. |
