Synopsis | Three teens from the future offer Superboy membership in their super-hero club. But when Superboy fails to complete three simple tasks, the Legionnaires pretend to reject him, until they reveal that the three tasks were merely intitiation pranks which proved he is a good sport. |

Synopsis | As a last resort, the Legion decides to enlist the villainous Fatal Five to defend Earth from the Sun-Eater, so the Legionnaires set out separately to collect each of the Fatal Five. Once gathered, the heroes and villains prepare to confront the Sun-Eater, while Tharok plans for the aftermath. When Superboy attempts a final suicide mission to destroy the Sun-Eater, Ferro Lad knocks him out and sacrifices his life to deliver the bomb which destroys the Sun-Eater. |
