Synopsis An international terrorist named the Freelancer holds New York City hostage for 10 million dollars or he will ram the ferry he's on into a docked nuclear submarine, blowing up the city. Only the Web -- who's on board the ferry in his civilian identity -- and the Jaguar have any hopes of stopping the madman.
