Synopsis | There's a rash of bicycle thefts in the neighborhood, and Little Archie thinks the South Side Serpents are behind it. To get proof, he dons his disguise as "Secret Agent 007 2116 32 110" and sets out to find out where the Serpents are taking the bikes. |
