Synopsis After several years away, Trueman Rock returns to the town of Wagontongue, only to find that things have changed since he was gone. He becomes infatuated with Thiry Preston, only to infuriate Thiry's brother Ash. Rock gets a job at the Preston ranch, where he has to deal with the brutal and mentally unstable Ash and uncover the mysterious secret of the Preston operation.
