Synopsis | A local bookstore owner, unknowingly saved by the Flash, believes that the Three Dimwits have saved him and thus rewards them [as scientists] with a rare volume on how to enter Fairyland. When the appointed night, Halloween, arrives, they read the magic incantation, shrink and enter into Fairyland, as do the Flash and Joan, who also repeat the words. |

Synopsis | Once in Fairyland, Flash, Jean and the Dimwits run into a variety of characters: Cinderella, Puss n' Boots and the Ugly Duckling, as well as an old witch who, with two crooks, abscond with the golden treasure of Fairyland. It's up to the Flash to recover the loot in order to release Joan. who is being accused of the foul deed. |

Synopsis | Thanks to Mother Frost and friends, the Flash is released from Captivity, and then he seeks out the Fairy Godmother, who provides weapons needed to battle the old witch, recover the loot, and secure the release of Joan. The telling of this story gives the dying boy new hope and he recovers (learning the Flash's secret identity in the process). |
