Synopsis Tracy finds The Professor's workshop, but is captured by Stooge Viller. Viller moves the shop, sets the old place on fire, and leaves Tracy hanging by a rope in an abandoned well in the country. Viller has his gang kidnap his daughter, who is living with her grandmother, and bring her to see him. Tracy escapes from the well, where he is found by Tess Truehart and a group of Girl Scouts on an outing. Viller decides to leave town and take his daughter with him.

Tracy takes the baby to the hospital only to find that there is no cure for tropic sleep. Tracy and Patton ransack the old man's study and find the formula for the secret serum to cure the disease.
