Synopsis Eddie Elf is blowing bubbles from magic soapsuds. He blows a soap bubble dragon to frighten the Snoopwiggy and Gruffy Bear who have been bullying the residents of the forest. Later the Raggedys and Eddie are captured by Witchie Crosspatch.
