Synopsis Four thieves rob a train of $3 million in jewels and stash the loot in a tree, intending to retrieve it after the excitement has died down. A crow snatches a necklace from the cache and takes it to Lassie. She alerts Corey. A trap is set for the thieves and they are nabbed when they return to the tree.

Synopsis Steve Moran is sent to prison based on Corey's testimony but escapes with intent to kill Corey. The police chief alerts Corey. That night, a motorist claiming to have a flat tire lures Corey from his cabin. Moran jumps from the brush with a pistol but Lassie battles both Moran and his accomplice. Corey leads the two away to the authorities.
