Synopsis | As Cap and Bucky bust up Terrible Tom Garrett's gang, the boss steals a car and drives out to the woods where he runs out of gas. On foot he comes upon the dwelling of Terdu the sorcerer who claims to have observed his battle with Cap and Bucky in his cauldron and offers the gangster his help in evil doings. He summons forth Jack the Ripper, Jesse James, Captain Kidd and others because he knows they will have no fear of Cap. When Cap and Bucky respond to their criminal doings Captain Kidd knocks them out and returns them to Terdu's lair. Terdu offers Tom Garrett his chance to defeat Cap with the aid of the infamous dead man's weapons, but even so assisted, Garrett is no match for Cap and is defeated. After Cap and Bucky get the better of Terdu's minions, he banishes them back into the past. Terdu lunges at Cap, but he ducks out of the way and Terdu dissolves in the strange concoction that brews in his cauldron. |
