Notes As with the cover, there are a few of the cameo villains that are out of place: Cobalt Blue, at least the version seen here, died prior to this story; and the Icicle depicted was also dead long before this story. Both may be legacy characters, however, the original Icicle's son has a markedly different look and has not directly acted against a Flash.
