Synopsis After graduation from P.S. 45, Herbie sets his sights on his father's old school, Peepwhistle Prep. Herbie pledges his father's fraternity, Tappa Kegga Koke, and passes all the tests, but is still not admitted. With Peepwhistle Prep in financial ruin, Herbie helps them strike it rich with oil.

(Ed Hamilton is listed as an ACG letterer 1961-62 on p. 136 of "Forbidden Adventures" by Michael Vance, but obviously lettered for longer.) This is the first issue in which the credits are spiced up.
