Synopsis | As part of his latest scheme, Bilko convinces Col. Hall's wife that if she ever wants her husband to make General, he had better polish up his social graces with some dance lessons, what with the directive recently sent out by General Mullins. After all, the Pentagon Ball is coming up, and a first place trophy for the Hall's might get him his star. Fortunately Bilko knows just the dance studio to use, the one run by his girlfriend Irma. Col. Hall lets his wife persuade him to go, but wants no one to find out, not knowing that Bilko is following him with a camera. |

Synopsis | Ernie lines up Doberman and the enlisted men to teach the wives how to dance. Things begin to fall apart when Mrs. Hall mentions the upcoming Pentagon Ball to General Mullins' wife, and she and the General don't know anything about it. Soon everyone is on to the scam and looking for Bilko. With a little advance warning from Irma, Ernie wins the day by posting an announcement about a surprise anniversay dance to be held for the General and his wife, all planned by Colonel Hall. Hall gets the credit, the General gets a dance with Irma, and Bilko gets to push a broom when Hall doesn't get his promotion. |
