Script Walter Gibson ?
Notes The Shadow Calling Nick Carter is almost certainly scripted by Walter Gibson. It's a Shadow/Nick Carter crossover, and Gibson plotted/scripted the first season of NICK CARTER radio shows (and was no doubt promoting his new series. (Note: It's extremely unlikely that Bruce Elliott scripted the 1942-43 NICK CARTER comic book stories. He most likely began the assignment in 1946 or at the earliest 1945. It's far more likely that Gibson was scripting the NICK CARTER and CHICK CARTER comic stories at this time, since he plotted (and sometimes scripted) the 1943 NICK CARTER and CHICK CARTER radio series.
