Synopsis | Leslie the talk show host is fired by her boss for slagging Superman when Superman saved his wife's life. She goes ballistic, shows her electrical powers, and changes into Livewire. Lois, who is still being held by Willis (Leslie's half-brother), attends his "prom". Livewire runs across Superman, and they fight. She has him on the ropes until some people on the street intervene, distracting her. Superman recovers, but she tells him about Lois being held. Meanwhile, Lois gets the drop on Willis, and flees, but he pursues. Superman defeats Livewire, and she tells him where Lois is. Superman intervenes just as Willis is shooting at Lois. Two nights later, Superman attends the Shabbos dinner at the Schumans, who tell him about their son who died in the Gulf War. They all talk about their inspirations. |
