| Synopsis |
General Eklu of the planet Tharr has assembled the cold-powered villians and they attempt to extort money from the United Nations, using the citizens of Bijouti as unwilling warriors. The Justice League defeats them and melt the ice they created, ending a drought in Bijouti. |
