Notes 1966 Batman T.V. Series, episodes 69 - The Contaminated Cowl and 70 - The Mad Hatter Runs Fowl, were based on this story. 1st appearance of Mad Hatter 2 (see Batman (DC, 1940 Series) #49 (Oct-Nov 1948) for Mad Hatter 1). Mad Hatter 2 is later revealed as an imposter.

The original story depicted actor Paul Sloane becoming Two-Face after being scarred by a vial of acid, the version in this issue has Sloane being disfigured by an exploding Klieg light. 1st appearance of Paul Sloane, fittingly the second Two-Face.
