    The Swingin' Stationery Kit was a batch of goodies offered to members of the Merry Marvel Marching Society with $1 paid membership beginning in 1965. Full page advertisements for this mail-away set appeared in the various Marvel titles. The art for the kit is by none other than the legendary Jack Kirby. The kit starts with the cool orange folder which has The Thing from the Fantastic Four on the front and a sweeping horizontal illustration of Marvel heroes on the inside. The reverse side is filled with facsimile signatures of Marvel characters. Next up is the full size stationery tablet with a Marvel "Nuff Said!" seal in the top corner and more illustrations of characters ready for action on the side and bottom. And of course, a handful of Thing envelopes for mailing.

    FULL KIT includes: 15 x 9 1/2 (7 1/2 x 9 1/2 folded) FOLDER, 5 1/4 x 8 3/8 STATIONERY PAD (w/reorder form on last page), and 24-25? 6 1/2 x 3 1/2 mailing LETTERS.
