Joy's father puts Jack in charge of her aviation activities; Joy tries a little romance on Jack, but he spurns her because he's still in love with Dixie. The small-time hoodlum that Joy hired to make Jack lose his license does his job and frames Jack for buzzing airliners and flying drunk. After Jack spurns her advances, Joy decides to set a new altitude record for gliding. Scripts and art by Zack Mosley. Mr. and Mrs. Muskrat throw a Flapjack Party for all the wildwoods folk and have the Raggedys make the flapjacks. Minkie pulls several tricks to try to ruin the party. After stepping through a magic mirror, the Raggedys are given a tour of Elfland by Eddie Elf. Minkie captures Mrs. Fox in a cage and steals her groceries. Annie finds a secret passage in the wall of her room. Convinced that "Malcolm Mitt" is an impostor, Annie decides to explore the secret passage from her room. Annie brings the Junior Commandos into the castle and they use a trap door to catch four of the guards. Annie figures out a way to get a bunch of the guards on the trap door at once and drops them into the pit.
