Mosher with cartoons by Claude Shafer. 48 page political pamphlets with 5 full page political cartoons including the back cover. Bound in orange paper wrappers. Based on letters written to the Cincinnati Post in the 1930s by Mosher. The cartoonist, Claude Shafer, was a syndicated comic strip and political cartoonist based in Cincinnati in the early 1900s.
