    Written by Gardner F. Fox. Art and cover by Everett E. Hibbard. The Flash is called in to try and revive the spirits of a blind boy who lies near death at a local hospital. A local bookstore owner, unknowingly saved by the Flash, believes that the Three Dimwits have saved him and thus rewards them [as scientists] with a rare volume on how to enter Fairyland. When the appointed night, Halloween, arrives, they read the magic incantation, shrink and enter into Fairyland, as do the Flash and Joan, who also repeat the words. The weird thing is that every time Winky makes a wish [while in the cat's presence] it comes true. The cat soon becomes the desire of many people's affections for the wrong reasons. Suddenly, crime runs rampant, believing that they have nothing to fear...that is until Muscleman appears on the scene. A giant Djinn appears on the scene to challenge Muscleman, and the new hero finds himself really outclassed. The Flash decides to come out of retirement to deal with the Djinn, but when he discovers the foe is a mechanized man, it only reinforces his sudden retirement. The King story, script by Gardner F.
