With help from Haywire and the Avengers, Mantis fights Thanos to a standstill! And then the powerful titan reveals that he is actually searching for Mantis' son: the Celestial Messiah! Of course Mantis will not reveal her son's location, so Thanos departs for outer space to try other methods. In the meantime, the Avengers zoom toward the Cotati's home planet, because Quoi's life is now in danger! However it will take three days' travel to get there. So that gives Wanda, Mantis, and the Vision a chance to catch up on their past history -- and, oh boy, do they have a past history. Let the space drama begin!
