Joy's father puts Jack in charge of her aviation activities; Joy tries a little romance on Jack, but he spurns her because he's still in love with Dixie. The small-time hoodlum that Joy hired to make Jack lose his license does his job and frames Jack for buzzing airliners and flying drunk.
