Every issue encourages boys not to be a "Whoo-Shoo" -- a boy who reads "Superman-Tim" but doesn't buy clothes from the Superman-Tim Store. This issue contains a 16 page comic book adventure featuring Superman and Tim (mostly Tim) in "The Adventure of the Flying Carpet."
