Funny numbering on this title. 2 versions of #7-9 exist with different dates. # 8 on cover; however, this is the 2nd issue in the series. Dated Winter 1948. Stories include "All That Money Won't Buy," "The Case of the Strangler's Hands," "Sharpshooter in Skirts," "The Bully and the Beast," "The Deadly Double Cross," and a two-page text story, "Reverse Justice."
