This issue was NOT mentioned in the text of the anti-comics classic Seduction of the Innocent, despite an erroneous report in Overstreet (it was the previous issue that was mentioned). Tom tracks down the culprits who have been vandalizing various properties around town, in one of many stories from the era focused on "juvenile delinquents" (the story calls them "little coyotes"). The fierce competition between rival stagecoach companies escalates to sabotage and attempted murder.
