One of the more fanciful and influential of 1940s aviator heroes, Airboy fights evil with his radio-controlled plane "Birdie" and its plethora of experimental flying tech. Airboy suspects that enemy agents who use giant guns and bullets to travel are somehow linked to Zomboli, a secretly evil clown who performs for the wealthy elite. The final appearances of Airboy and The Heap, until the characters were acquired by Eclipse Publishing in the 1980s.
