Captain America is back! And right on time because the Red Skull is too! He plans to decimate the country economically by killing the members of the Federal Open Market Committee -- the group that sets U.S. economic policy. In Washington D.C., the Red Skull claims his first victim via his infamous dust of death! The sinister skull is so confident he brags to Cap about his next target. But then they hear Chopin's Funeral March playing...and chills run down their spines! Death is on the way for someone! Cameo appearances by Leila Taylor, Sharon Carter, and Dave Cox.
