Nobuo starts acting bizarrely and leaves the group after he and Teru pull knives on each other. Nobuo losing sight of reality strips down and paints his body with make-up. Meanwhile, Teru has found an air duct that may lead out of the cave. Teru thinks he's found a way out but soon the entire cave starts crumbling all around him. He races back to get the others but Nobuo is insanely wielding a knife. Teru is able to save Ako and they leave Nobuo behind as they run to escape the cave before it collapses for good.
