Buddy, Just a quick note to thank you for Thursday morning's phone call regarding the comics I wanted to get to you for trade credit. As I mentioned, I've used your system before and always have found the directions for selling or trading very simple and clear, but even so, it was refreshing to get a call in response to my email and to speak to a human being! As you said, we often consider email messages the best, fastest way to communicate, but if the telephone had been invented more recently, we'd feel otherwise.
