This battle page from part two of the story "The Last Five Hundred" sees a stubble-bearing Man of Steel fighting off the villainous robot Host as a possessed Lois Lane looks on and gives orders to Host! Byrne's talent for expressive faces is beautifully displayed in the second panel as the possessed Lois realizes that Superman can fly. Pencil and ink on art board. 16 1/2" x 11 1/4", B&W.
