Four sheets of acetate affixed to a sheet of heavy board with tape along all edges. Acetates and board measure 8 1/2" x 12". NOTE: The color on the Key/Black sheet is faded. The tape along the right and part of the top edges has come loose, but the sheets are secured on all other edges.
