Who says a tank can't win a dogfight? The Haunted Tank's mission to rescue a stranded soldier gets a little more interesting after he hijacked a German plane to make his escape. A fun layout on this page as the end of the aerial battle transitions from thin, page-width panels to inset vertical panels that read along with the action on the ground- which includes great images of both the Haunted Tank and General Stuart. Signed by the artist in lower left margin. Pencil and ink on DC Comics art board. 10 3/4" x 16".
