Batman now fights to heal the wounds Superman caused from his tyrannical regime, while Ted, retired from superheroics, trains the next generation of Blue Beetle. It is up to these two and select others chosen by batman specifically for their wealth and connections to guide the world out of the haze that was Superman's regime and into a new brighter world.
