A staple of Charlton's racy cartoon publications, this letter written to a an aspiring cartoonist features a cute little "how-to" sketch of a sexy secretary alongside a bio page that appeared in one of the various publications he contributed to. Letter is in pen on paper and measures 8 1/2" x 11", file page measures 8 x 10 3/4".
