A great GI Robot (aka J.A.K.E.) page from this issue spotlighting the robot's time in WW2, here we see him leaving his two robot pets back at base to investigate a missing tank. The page closes with a wonderfully drawn close in sequence of GI Robot steering his partner away from mines hidden in the jungle grass. Pencil and ink on DC Comics art board. 10 1/2" x 16 1/4".
