A while later the Defenders hold a memorial service for the departed Nighthawk and Valkyrie -- and many of their friends and teammates attend. However Hellcat does not. And while Patsy writes in her diary...she's visited by an apparition of Valkyrie! Is Brunnhilde possibly alive? To investigate the matter further, Dr. Strange and Daimon Hellstrom hold a séance -- which reveals the Asgardian villain behind Valkyrie's plight!
