The Duke of Darkness and the Menace have stories in this issue. Despite the name, the Menace is a superhero. The character on the cover, who looks like he is based on the Roman god Mercury, does not have a story in the comic. The cover art appears to be by Jack Kirby and Dick Ayers; the style is very much theirs and the art is signed with the initials "JCA." Cover price $0.10.
