Bader, pencils by Rick Burchett, inks by Terry Beatty; Though Derek Powers is using Wayne-Powers to make nerve gas, Bruce refuses to act and tells Terry to take the information to Police Commissioner Barbara Gordon; But after leaving Wayne Manor, Terry is confronted by Powers and loses the disc. Terry returns to the Batcave, steals the Batman costume, and heads to Wayne-Powers where he witnesses Powers selling the nerve gas to the Kaznian Minister of Commerce; With Bruce's help through the radio receiver in the costume, Terry eludes Powers and puts a stop to the delivery of the nerve gas; The next day, Bruce offers Terry a job as his assistant.
