Cover pencils by Jack Kirby, inks by Steve Ditko. "Here Comes the Hulk!", a.k.a. I Was a Slave of the Living Hulk!", is a great 13-page scientist-versus-giant-monster story with art by Jack Kirby/Dick Ayers, but it is not the origin of the Incredible Hulk; But back in the 1960s that fact didn't keep a prominent comics dealer from advertising Journey into Mystery #62 to unsuspecting comic collectors as the "Hulk origin issue"; That prominent dealer was not, by the way, Lone Star Comics, nor was it our friends at Mile High Comics (who were still years away from selling their first comic)! "Strange Mission" text story, art by Joe Maneely. "There Is a Brain Behind the Fangs!", art by Don Heck; A man is convinced that dogs are secretly planning to take over the world; His friend hypnotizes a dog and proves that it cannot understand complex questions. Neither suspects that the dog has been hypnotized by the cat. "I Can't Escape from the Creeping Things!", art by Steve Ditko; A greedy businessman tries to cut down an ancient tree and is attacked by its branches during the night. 36 pgs., full color. Cover price $0.10.
