    DC Comic Questionnaire Insert Variant. This variant of Justice League of America #153 contains a 4-page, 6.75-in. x 8.5-in., bound in DC customer survey form. Otherwise, the comic is identical to ordinary copies. No info is available as to how many copies of this issue or other May cover-dated issues contained the survey. However, survey copies almost never turn up so distribution of this variant type must have been very limited. "Earth's First and Last Super-Hero!" written by Gerry Conway with art by guest artist George Tuska and inks by Frank McLaughlin. This issue features Superman, Batman, Green Lantern, Green Arrow, the Flash, Wonder Woman, the Black Canary and the Red Tornado. Cover price $0.60.
