The man builds the machines anyway and tries to kidnap the company's president. Later, the man attacks the Navy and captures three of the Blackhawks. Also: 1-page text story "Mission At Midnight" - A German spy impersonates a lieutenant in order to gain access to a code room aboard a ship during World War II. 32 pages, full color.
