Stories and art by Bill Woolfolk and John Martin. Classic pre-Code crime comics from Fawcett. Attorney Mark Rand finds a lucrative practice as the lawyer or "mouthpiece" for the local gangsters, but soon he's caught between the cops and the Mob. Squealer Johnny Elbows miraculously survives more than one attempted hit, becoming known as indestructible. The story of the rise and fall of Prohibition outlaw Jack Dillon is a thinly-disguised version of the John Dillinger story. Mouthpiece; The Puncture-Proof Assassin; Long Chance; Case for the Morgue! 32 pages, Full Color. Cover price $0.10.
