It's the Work that Counts: A New Concept of Gasoline (circa 1958) was a promotional comic book published by Johnstone and Cushing and prepared from a study by the Ethyl Corporation. This comic discusses the use of gasoline and how much gas is needed to operate automobiles. It shows that in the 1930s gas was 16.2 cents a gallon and by the time the late fifties rolled around the cost was up to 31 cents pre gallon (kind of puts modern day gas prices in perspective now doesn't it). 8 pages, full color, newsprint, 7-in. x 10-in. with no cover price.
